•  Colour of text is important. DO NOT USE RED (it does not show up well on video projectors, regardless of background) Blue backgrounds are best so White and bright Yellow text stands out.

• Use a large enough font so all can read it (it is what it looks like on the screen not your computer) 36 to 40 size font is best.

• Keep the layout simple. So do not pack the page. You can use as many pages as you want

• If possible test out your PowerPoint privately in your church - if your fortunate enough to have a video projector
